Upgrading from 6.2.4 to 6.3

I have a server that works to search-haed and a by search-index.
I will upgrade first on search-head and after 24 hours on search-index.
Are compatibily versions?

What do you mean by search-index? Do you mean indexer?
Do you have two servers? One as a search head, and the other as an indexer?

one as a search as to head and an other indexers.
I would know if the upgrade only search-haed to 6.3 They were compatible with server indexer
