Splunkweb 4.2.5 fails to start

I get the following error message in the App log when trying to start splunkweb service. splunkd is OK. This happened on a working 4.1.2 system after an upgrade to 4.2.5

The instance's SvcRun() method failed

<type 'exceptions.ValueError'>: /certs/privkey.pem Not Found

Splunk 4.2 changes the default locations of some of the certificate data. Make sure your splunkweb's SSL cert file(s) are located in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/certs.
