Splunk enterprise installation on mac 10.15.2

I am trying to install splunk 8.0.3 on mac 10.15.2 and seeing issues with the installation. followed this guide -> https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.0.3/Installation/InstallonMacOS and tried with both dmg and tgz and i get the error like apple cannot verify splunk for malacious software. Can you please help?

By default, macOS Catalina also requires software to be notarized, so you can be confident that the software you run on your Mac doesn't contain known malware.
