Migration of Rules from Solarwinds LEM to Splunk

I am looking to decommision Solarwinds LEM and migrate all the created rules in Solwarwinds to Splunk which already exists in our environment. Can anyone let me know on if this is possible ? And where can I get hold of a tutorial on which could demonstrate a way of creating the rules in Splunk ?
