Is there a direct contact / working email address to reach the EMEA Sales Team?

I've tried to reach the sales team due to prolongation of an existing enterprise license several times during the last week, but there is no response at all to the emails/phone calls, some contact data also seems to be outdated.

Could someone share an email address which is being monitored or a best practice to reach them?

hi @vapeter,

if you're a Splunk Partner, you can call the Channel Manager (if you're a Splunk Partner, you surely have).

If you don't know him, you can see in the Partner Portal, in your Company Profile, where it's normally indicated the Partner Account Manager at Distribution. 

If instead you're a customer, you surely have an account on Support Portal and you can see there, anyway you can contact the Splunk Partner that sold Splunk to you.

Otherwise, search a Splunk Partner in your country, what's your country? if Italy you can call me.

sadly I don't have a way to connect to my channel manager, also the colleague managing the splunk contacts left for a while, so we don't have the communication channels in place, hence I tried to ping sales for information 🙂

The company is located in Germany, so if you could tie me together with the relevant Splunk Partner, that would be really appreciated!

I didn't understand if you're a partner or a Customer.

Anyway the Splunk Distributor for Germany (there's only one) is Arrow Germany http://arrowecs.de

If you're a Splunk Partner you surely have a partner Portal Portal Account and you can see your Channel Manager.
