Is it possible to buy an ITSI License with the same volume I'm using (daily peak indexing volume of 5GB)?

I have a Splunk Cloud solution with Daily Peak Indexing Volume of 5GB.
Can I buy ITSI in Cloud with the same volume? In the case of ITSI in Cloud, there is a minimal entry-level license?

I want to say the minimal license was 250mb. But at any rate, I believe you can match your current license. Our current ITSI license matches our Splunk Cloud license.
