would it be possible to add a sencond email from the customer support account, in order to create new tickets from a secondary email address from other domain ?

at least in earlier it's depends how big license you have and based on that you can add additional "contact accounts" to your support agreement in Support Portal. There was/is(?) some limitations that can those be from another domain or not. You could ask the current situation from Support Portal.
