I have installed splunk forwarder on linux but unable to open that pls help me out

A Linux instance of Splunk can't monitor Windows data directly. If you want to monitor those metrics (WMI, perfmon) you will need to install a forwarder on the Windows system that will capture the data and then forward it to the Linux Splunk server.

Just to extend on Ayns comment and in anticipation of you not giving us enough detail... what are you trying to open? How are you trying to open it? What version of linux? What user are you running Splunk under? What port is it trying to run under? Did it give any errors when starting? What is 6 multiplied by 6?
