How to reset Enterprise license violation warning count?

Explorer

Hey, Splunkers!

We have an enterprise license here in our company and recently we got more than 5 warnings in a row and finally a violation (yes, forwarding all DNS logs was not that good idea)..
Now we adjusted forwarded log volume to be below the license limit, but due to the violation we already have, search is currently disabled.

Is there a way to reset the warnings count somehow?
What should I do for it/what kind of information should I provide and where should I write with my issue?
Thanks in advance!

Call Splunk Support or open a ticket, state that you've violated your license and ask for a reset key. Add that to your license master and you'll be good.
