How can I update Splunk Enterprise 6.4.5 to 6.5 if SSLEAY32.dll is missing?

I try to update my Splunk Enterprise instance from 6.4.5 to 6.5 version, but in the installation process it appears this error:

The program can not start because SSLEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

But it, doesn't fix it ...
Does someone know how to solve this?

It sounds as if OpenSSL is corrupted in your OS or registry. Did you download the Splunk Enterprise package again and try to install that fresh copy? If the problem still happens, then I suspect you have a deeper Windows issue and it might not be related to Splunk.
