For Installing License-
Go to Settings > Licensing>>Add license>>Choose file>>Install
refer this from splunk docs- https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/7.1.2/Admin/Installalicense

@vumanhtai ,if it's not displaying under the My Licenses section, you could request your sales contact to add the license under your account. They will be able to add it
