Enterprise Trial license expired a month before I downloaded it -- replacement?

I am running Windows 7 and the Splunk Enteprise Trial edition I attempted to download, for Windows 7, came with a license that expired a month before I downloaded Splunk Enterprise.

Is there a way to get a replacement?
