I am collecting some statistics based on the indexed data and saving the results in summary index. I am doing this every minute. I want to know if this collected data and store in summary index counts towards the index/day limit as per the license?
As of version 4.0.10 and 4.1, summary indexed data DOES NOT count against your license.
As long as you don't change the sourcetype=stash. If you send to a different sourcetype it will count toward your license usage.
