Can I license pool with peers on splunk version 4.1?
This is not possible, the license system in 4.2 is a completely different feature and in fact in 4.1 there is not a splunkweb page allowing you to convert your instance into a license slave.
However you can use 4.1 licenses in a 4.2 instance.
