splunk installation error

I uninstalled Splunk and install it again, the system displayed an error as follow.

Splunk install was unable to create Splunk Services.

Please make sure that the user running the installer has the correct privileges, including being able to create Windows services, Exitcode: "1"

What user did you initially install Splunk as?
Check Event Viewer to see what errors the Splunk installer generated.
Best practices require that you uninstall and install Splunk with an administrator-level account at all times.
