Unable to contact Splunk sales

How do I get in touch with Splunk sales ? 

I filled out the online form twice. No response after a week.
I phoned Splunk sales, and got voicemail.
I tried reaching the operator and got no response. 
I tried leaving voicemails and got no call backs. 

If anyone can put me through a Sales contact with whom I can interact directly that would be appreciated.

are you a final customer or a Splunk Partner?

if you are a final customer, you should call your Splunk partner because Splunk sells through partners and distributors, if you don't know it, you can find it in the Partner Locator (https://partners.splunk.com/locator/).

If you are a Splunk Partner, you have to call your Splunk Channel Manager and/or your distributor; you can find them in the Partner Portal in the Company Profile.
