Splunk HF DB Connect Cannot connect to Task Server

Hi Splunk SMEs,

Good day, we face an issue after some deployment in splunk and we cannot connect now to Splunk HF DB Task Server. Initially is working fine, we have done upgrade in java version from coretto to zulu last month and its seem working fine. After some deployment it now cause the issue. Can anyone assist me and solve this.
