Folders /usr/java/jdk1.8.0_311-amd64 has owner splunk -

Folder /opt/splunk/etc/apps/splunk_app_db_connect has owner splunk too -

My splunk is working from user splunk

grep SPLUNK_OS_USER= /opt/splunkforwarder/etc/splunk-launch.conf
SPLUNK_OS_USER=splunk

What is the reason, can anyone help?
