New install and new to splunk.  SC4S issue.  Professional Service left earlier in the week.  Firewall and panorama log sources. Only the firewall logs going to the right index as specified in the splunk_metadata.csv.  I can see the panorama logs in tcpdump but they aren't in the firewall index and aren't in lastchanceindex.

I opened a case with support and was told this is an installation issue and they only work with break fix.  This product is really not supported at all by Splunk.
