How to monitor Exchange logs on Splunk without the premium Exchange app?

Hi all,

Can splunk read exchange logs like audit logs on event log of windows. I don't have Exchange premium app, but i'd like to start to monitor and create my own dashboards. I don't have expertise in development, just in SPL. My idea is to collect all data like application logs, security logs and create it.

How do you guys monitor this kind environment ?
