Error when trying to integrate ServiceNow with Splunk

I'm receiving an error when trying to integrate a ServiceNow instance with Splunk in an environment with no internet connection.

I'm using the ServiceNow Security Operations add-on in order to facilitate the integration but as I'm specifying the ServiceNow server, I'm receiving the following error:

I've used this add-on before successfully, however I have never reproduced it in a closed network like I am currently. What is this error message describing and how can I fix it?
