"All Configurations" timeout issue while accessing through "search & reporting"?

If you access the "All configurations" from other apps, results are pulled in fast, the page is loading. The problem is when navigating through the "Search & Reporting" app, It times out with 504 error. 

We tried with max_view_cache size 2500 and splunkdtimeout setting with 60 sec.
No luck.

Does anyone have an idea to this issue? and how to adjust performance settings.
