how to install the parsing file in the indexer cluster?

we have four indexer in cluster and master to mange .. i tride to push the parse file from the master but not able to see the fields after the push. can any one help me how to do push the parse file?

Hi @shivanandbm,
when you speak of parsing files I think you're speaking about props.conf and transforms.conf, is it correct?

If yes, you have to put these files in an App and put them in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/master-apps folder.

If you don't want to create a dedicated App (I always have an app called TA_Indexers containing indexes.conf, props.conf and transforms.conf files), you can pu these files in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/master-apps/_cluster/local folder.

Then you have to push the configurations using the web GUI.
