Why is the forwarder management not deploying app to client 1 but deploying to client 2 when both servers are in the same class?

Forwarder management not deploying app to client 1 but deploying to client 2 even though both servers are identical and show in the same server class the server in question appears under the unmatched category.

Few things:

1. Check the app you wish to deploy belongs to that server class.
2. Check if deployment server details configured correctly on Client1.
3. Check telnet to the management port from Client1 to Deployment server and vice versa.

Post screenshot of forwarder management and deploymentclients.conf file to check further.
