Why is the deployer removing my search head apps after applying new apps?

I have 3 search heads with an app foldername searchbaseapp.

After using apply bundle on my deployer with my shcluster/apps/ contain apptest my searchbaseapp is removed.
Does anyone know what the issue is?
I still want my manually added searchbaseapp to stay after adding apptest.

Hi,
Can you check the app.conf of your app/s and ensure that the below stanza is configured. Then after that, push out the apps again after restarting all nodes to see your issues persists.

app.conf of which of the following apps ? is it the apps under the searchbase or deployer

my apps under SH has already the following stanza configure already.
