Out of of the perspective of an add-on / app developer, we need to test the software we are developing. Now the question came up which *nix we should use for testing. Are there any statistics which *nix are mostly used by Splunk customers?
In my experience, it is Redhat, because you can get paid support and most of my customers are Enterprise. For the same reason, we used to see a good bit of Solaris, but less and less of this.
