I will filter today and yesterday logs on splunk,but i don't konw what's command?

If you are looking for splunk search from CLI, refer to http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.5.1/SearchReference/CLIsearchsyntax

something like

./splunk search 'index=_internal|stats count' earliest=-1d latest=now
---
