Splunk fixup tasks pending stuck in generation - No possible primaries

Our Splunk indexer went down when the service was started, it was showing no possible primaries.

Please suggest.

Splunk Version: 6.3.0

We had the same issue but after a few minutes those messages cleared without any action on our part.
