Setting up an ALB target group when building a cluster on aws

I would like to build the following cluster configuration on AWS.

Search head - 3
Indexer - 3
Management - 2

Are the ALB target group settings as follows?
What is the forwarding port for the Management Server?

port 8088 -> Search head instance
port 8089 -> Indexer
