Search Head logon fails using SDK2.0 C#

I am trying to logon to my search head via the SDK and I get an error, I am able to logon to my deployment server ok.
here is the error:
System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception

I am guessing this a cert issue? IS there a way to bypass that cert?
