Running React with Splunk on an IDE: Is it possible to create components like Visual Studio in conjunction with Splunk?

Hi

When I create Splunk apps which derive from React components, I usually create the React component on the Command Line and start Splunk via the Command Line also, resulting in Splunk been shown on my localhost.

Is it possible to create such React components on an IDE like Visual Studio in conjunction with Splunk?
