right now we have a online soultion in the central observability otel collector send to splunk
now im looking for the offline solution where internet connectivity may be lost for 14 hours+ on-premises cluster should send to both the FDR(factory data room) and central observability
i need a solution like the above for offline how it can be achived for offline when there no internet for recent time?
