Monitor logs of WAN network

I am connected inside a WAN network that has WiFi APN, LAN cables and all work in same network. Network has router and then just systems, no external firewall etc that can give direct logs of data flow in the network.

From where I can get logs to work in splunk so that I can continuously monitor in real time? to visualize things like internet speed, usage of data per host etc.
