Is there a curl command to execute a rolling restart in a search head cluster?

From the docs http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.2.3/DistSearch/RestartSHC

One has to identify the search head cluster captain before initiating a rolling restart.

Is there a curl command to execute the same command (splunk rolling-restart shcluster-members) on the search head captain without having to run "splunk show shcluster-status -auth admin:splunker"?
