I can't see my data from forwarder on my trial cloud instance

Hello,
I'm trying Splunk cloud and I installed on a Windows VM Universal forwarder and related authentication file as provided on official website but i can't see any forwarder on Forwarder page fo my cloud panel. I checked output.conf and it appeared correct.
Could you help me? Any suggestion?

Please start with I can't find my data!

First check inputs.conf to make sure you are specifying what you want to sent to splunk

then try splunk list forwarder to be sure that the forwarder is actually sending data
