Is there a way to export all apps, server classes, clients from forwarder management?

Do you have command line access to the respective deployment server?

Then you could just copy serverclass.conf to get the full list of defined serverclasses and assigned apps. The apps themselves are in etc/deployment-apps/. Not entirely sure what you mean by exporting clients though?
