How to configure deployment apps to push to clients via deployment server?

Hi All,

I have configured a deployment server and clients and I can see clients in the deployment server.

Below are thing which I need to know:

I have created 3 folders in deployment server as 1.Indexer/local 2. WinFwrd/local 3. LinuxFwrd/local
Now I have placed splunk_app_windows_infrastructure app in Indexer/local file, but when I check on indexer server /etc/app/ file, there is a file called Indexers, but expecting the splunk_app_windows_infrastructure app.

serverclass.conf

[serverClass:Indexer:app:Indexer]
restartSplunkWeb = 0
restartSplunkd = 0
stateOnClient = enabled

[serverClass:Indexer]
whitelist.0 = Indexer1

drwxr-xr-x. 4 splunk splunk 4096 Jan 28 15:37 appsbrowser

drwx------. 4 root   root   4096 Jan 28 17:34 Indexer

Need to know when app/conf are in subdirectory on deployment server, how to configure on client side to receive actual app/conf, and place appropriate path like apps on (/etc/app) or conf files on (/system/local/) instead of just copying main folder like Indexers in my case.

Please help me on this request.
