Does DB Connect v1.1.4 compatible with Splunk free?

Please let me know whether DB Connect v1.1.4 is compatible with Splunk free?
Whenever I install DB Connect app v1.1.4 on Splunk free Java bridge server is not loading and there is no problem with Splunk enterprise.
As we already have DB Connect v1.0.10 and it is compatible with Splunk free.
