After Upgrade LB URL stopped working

Hi All,

Need help, after upgrade splunk 7.2 splunk web url is stopped working from external load balancer. But am able to access individual hostname with 8000, but only from LB is not working getting 408 error. Not sure what has changed from server end.

Can anyone faced same issue and found solution, or anything to be configured on server end to as earlier.

Current setup is 2 indexers + 1 search head (planning to increase #indexer/SH). Users accessing search head via LB URL which is redirecting to SH with port 8000.

Did you find the root cause of this issue???If yes could you please let me know how you resolved it as I'm facing the same issue now.
