Why a pdf scheduled by me for a dashboard is not showing for the other user with the same access?

I have a dashboard created and I scheduled a pdf for it but when checked by other users they are not able to see the pdf scheduler and are getting the option for scheduling pdf again. Can someone explain this to me?

You can go "Settings->All Configurations" type the name of your dashboard, and show the option "ScheduledView" change the permissions of this option and try see with other user in Schedule PDF Delivery.

Try Settings->Searches, Reports and Alerts and search for ScheduledView
If you see the dashboard listed there, try changing the permissions from owner (private) to the required visibility. (Each dashboard user, that set up schedule PDF, might have their own private _ScheduledView of that dashboard.)

Same issue for me and the dashboard contains inline queries only and permissions are set properly still other member not able to see if the dashboard is set to PDF delivery.

Be sure the pdf has the correct permissions. A scheduled report has permissions different from the dashboard.

Make sure Scheduledview objects have right permissions too.

Under Reports, find the report you are using for the dashboard. Click the Edit drop down, then Edit Permissions. Be sure to set the Read to Everyone, or whatever role system you might be using.
