Where can I place a robots.txt on Splunk?

All,

Playing a little game with security right now. The ask is that we have a robots.txt at

https://mysplunk.mydomain.local:8443/robots.txt

Is there anyway I can place a text file at the root of Splunk to present?

Changing this file doesn't show up when I try with http://localhost:8000/robots.txt.

There is a default robots.txt in place already, in both splunkweb and the management port:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

It lives in $SPLUNK_HOME/share/splunk/search_mrsparkle/exposed/robots.txt, though I doubt changing stuff there makes sense or would even necessarily work.
