Waiting for queued jobs for every dashboard opened

Hey all,
I created 15 long run reports with big searches, I also scheduled it every month and saved those reports in 3 dashboards with each dashboard 5 reports in a panel, using below search.
Now am having a problem opening dashboards, if I open any dashboard apart from these 3 dashboards it's showing: "waiting for queued job to start"

|loadjob "admin:app:mysavedreport"

What does this mean? Also, when I click "manage jobs" it takes me to jobs Manager and in here I have 15 jobs with done status, created and end time etc...
Do I delete these jobs?
I am worried if I delete these reports from jobs manager my 3 dashboards might load any jobs and cached reports will be deleted.
Can anyone help me on how to manage jobs and use "|loadjobs" display cached reports in dashboards?

The searches that do |loadjob ... should be almost instantaneous so if most of your searches are those and only a couple are "live" searches, then ensure that the loadjob panels load before the other ones do (see link at bottom) then your users will see most load instantly and the others will show progress while running instead of queued. Here is how to configure the order (be sure to UpVote😞
