Users is not getting schedule pdf delivery option for dashboards after upgrade to 7.2.3 from 6.5

Users already have write access to dashboards, they have power users roles assigned and I assigned additional capabilities like schedule_search & export_results_is_visible , but still users are unable to see pdf delivery option for dashboards.

Seems like you need the list_settingscapability to do that. Previously in 6.5 that wasn't required :
