To fetch exact time events in splunk dashboard

The job is scheduling every 5 mins between timings 18:00 pm EST to 23:00 pm EST.

I needs to display the dashboard with 18:05 pm est event, 20:50 pm , 21:50pm, 22:35PM events , i.e for events for the day.
Please help me how to achieve this scenario.

You need to be MUCH more clear. Show some sample events and a mockup of the desired output.
