Simple XML with tree type or parent/child type view

Hi All,

I am working on a custom application which has to be in simple XML and has a need to have a tree type or parent/child type view where things can be expanded or collapsed based on needs. We have a scale problem where there could be 100s of parents and they could have 100s of children each. So we don't want to show everything in expanded form. Can someone recommend what is the best view for this? This has to be something that works with simple XML.

Not possible in Simple XML but there are tools to help if you give up on that requirement. Start with Afterglow (which is a tool) and VMWare (which you would use as an example/demo app that does what you need but you would have to clone it's framework/guts).

I'm working of something of very similar, only using javascript, any luck with that?
