Scheduled PDF Email displays charts that are still "loading"

Hi. I have created a dashboard that includes a chart and 2 tables, which I have Scheduled for PDF Delivery. It works fine - sometimes. The email comes, with the attached PDF, which shows the chart and 2 tables. Perfect.

Other times, though, the chart and 2 tables are incomplete, showing a status of "Loading...", as well as a 'percent complete' (e.g., 66.19%).

It appears that the PDF creation terminates before the associated saved searches are finished.

What to do?

Thx,

OK! This makes sense, and is consistent with the behavior. It is a somewhat lengthy search - charting indexing volume over the past several months.

So... CAN I CHANGE THE PDF SERVER TIMEOUT?

Or... Can anyone suggest other workarounds that I might try?

Thx!

Check how long your searches typically run. The PDF server has a time out of 4 minutes or so. After that it just generates the chart based on the data it has received thus far.
