Restrict Role to search index=* * but allow access for a specific dashboard

Is it possible to restrict specific role to search index=* * but allow access for a specific dashboard?

Figured out by removing read-only permission for that role by going to User Interface -> Views -> search in permission unchecked the Read-Only for that role. After this, I was able to get data on the dashboard but was not able to open or see the search app (404 not found).
