Keyboard event and mouse hover action on tooltip for textbox input

Hi All ,

How can we implement Keyboard event(like key down/up and tab index) and mouse hover action on tooltip for textbox input in Splunk dashboard. Can someone help me with this requirement for making Splunk page more user friendly from accessibility point of view .

OR how to implement  placeholder for input textbox in splunk.
