Is it possible to create a custom topology with indicators (like glass tables in Splunk IT Service Intelligence)
Does Splunk provides such a visualization tool?

Perhaps late to the party here, but you could always create an HTML dashboard, and then with careful CSS positioning you can arrange single-value searches around whatever image(s) you're using for your topology. Takes longer to set up, but if you don't have ES / ITSI it's an excellent way to manually create "glass tables". 🙂

I believe that the latest version of Splunk ES does introduce glass tables - if you are running ES then an upgrade may be in order?
