Is it possible to create a Radial gauge time based dynamic threshold?

Hi team,

Is it possible to created radial guage panel with time based threshold.

suppose the threshold between office hours(8am to 6PM) is 100,200,500 and out of office hours(6PM to 8M) be like 10,20,50
